Born in Indiana. Jessie graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Radio/Television/Film. However, Jessie found his passion was in the restaurant industry where he had worked throughout his years in college. Several years later he discovered that creating video based training for restaurants was the perfect fit.
Though out his restaurant career, Jessie has almost done it all. He has been a V.P. of Operations, V.P. of H.R. and Training, restaurant manager, culinary, cross functional project manager, restaurant design, and Subject Matter Expert for the National Restaurant Association. He has worked in various segments of the industry, and in both domestic and international franchise companies.
"I have always achieved my greatest sense of personal accomplishment by developing others, and teaching them 'how to fish.' I truly enjoy helping other people working through their opportunities and problems. I am excited everyday for the chance to make a living at doing what I love to do. It's an amazing thing."
